By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is specifically designed as a B2B SaaS platform for dairy distributors and milkmen to manage their customers, routes, and billing.

2. Acceptable Use & Responsibility

As a subscriber to our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Obtain explicit consent from your customers before adding their phone numbers for automated WhatsApp invoice reminders.
  • Not use the platform to distribute spam, illegal materials, or engage in fraudulent financial transactions.

3. Third-Party API Limits

Our Service utilizes third-party APIs (e.g., Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp). Any limits, bans, or restrictions imposed by these third-party providers due to your sending patterns are your sole responsibility. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of external APIs.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will initiate our automated data retention policies to clear your non-essential data within 30 days.
